For our first trip outside of Wellington, we headed to the center of the north island. The city, Rotorua, is striking because of it's geothermal active land and landscape that was shaped in wonderous ways by volcanoes. Our pictures hardly do it justice, but we tried to capture the landscape as best as we could!
