Reception immediately following featuring Tex Mex, margaritas, and Texas beer and wine. We will also celebrate into the night with Tony from RedShoe spinning music. (You may remember Tony from our Mooderick Halloween parties in LA).

Transportation will be provided to/from the Austin Motel and Bear Creek Retreat.

• Bus will depart from the Austin Motel at 4:30 pm (please meet the bus outside, it will not wait for latecomers)
• Bus will make return trips to the hotel at 9, 10, 11 and midnight

The wedding is semi-formal (slacks, button-up shirt or suit for men, dress or pant suit for women). Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on mostly grass, so heels are not advised. It will likely cool down in the evening, so a wrap or sweater may be needed as well. If you have any other questions, just let us know!

In the map above, we've marked some restaurants, entertainment and site-seeing locations within a close distance to the Austin Motel and South Congress area.

10pm - Hotel San Jose patio/bar
If you happen to arrive to town Thursday, join us for cocktails and celebrating our last night as single people (Hotel San Jose is half a block south of Austin Motel on same side of street)

Friday, 10.16.09
5:30pm - Bear Creek Retreat
We're getting married! Be there or be square.

Saturday, 10.17.09
5:15pm - Salt Lick BBQ
Out-of-towners are invited to join us for a real Texas BBQ at the "world-famous" Salt Lick BBQ. You will not be disappointed (if you like meat). We will be providing transportation from the Austin Motel departing at 5:15pm, arriving at Salt Lick at 6pm.

10pm - The Driskill Hotel Bar/6th Street Bar Hop
After we return from the Salt Lick, we'll head to The Driskill Hotel to start our evening of bar hopping downtown Austin.
